Background
Three years inside the operation. Bronwyn joined GML when the processes were informal and the playbook didn’t exist. She built the playbook.
Led the rebrand. Introduced EOS and the quarterly Rocks cadence that now drives every department. Built out the CRM, core delivery processes, and operational architecture from the ground up. The result: a company that runs on systems rather than individual heroics — where expectations are explicit, accountability is visible, and the infrastructure answers its own questions.

Bronwyn’s role is Integrator: translating the CEO’s strategic vision into the structures that make execution predictable. She works across every function in the business — account management, automations, data, link building, on-page SEO, finance, HR, and sales — making sure each team has the structure, systems, and clarity to deliver consistently.
Operational Architecture
- Introduced and maintains the EOS framework — quarterly Rocks, KPIs, Level 10 meetings
- Built the CRM, delivery pipelines, and quality evaluation systems from scratch
- Designed the distributed operations model that provides multi-timezone coverage across Europe, Africa, and Asia
Quality Systems
- Established the placement quality standards that every link must pass before delivery
- Designed the QA pipeline that catches issues before they reach client reports
- Maintains the publisher vetting criteria that determine which sites qualify
Revenue Operations
- Manages pricing architecture, capacity planning, and resource allocation
- Owns the client experience from onboarding through ongoing campaign management
Brand Enforcement
- Assigns tasks and timelines for brand standards compliance across the team
- Coordinates with Darlene (Brand & Content Enforcement) on quality gates
- Ensures every deliverable — internal and client-facing — meets the current brand standard
