5. Data Retention
- Client data — Retained for the duration of your engagement plus 12 months after the last active service, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Call recordings — Retained per our CRM provider’s standard retention policy.
- Analytics data — Retained per provider defaults (Cloudflare: 30 days; GA4: 14 months; Clarity: 30 days).
- Advertising data — Retained per platform defaults (Google Ads: per account settings; Meta: per their data retention policy).
- Email marketing data — Retained until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribe records retained to honor your preference.
- Contact form submissions — Retained for 24 months.
After retention periods expire, data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your Rights
Regardless of where you are located, we honor requests to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Your specific rights depend on your jurisdiction:
GDPR (EU and UK)

Get Me Rankings LLC is based in the United States. If you are located outside the US — including the EU, UK, Australia, or Canada — your data is transferred to and processed in the US. Where applicable, our third-party processors rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms to ensure adequate protection.
